Great episode! I remember Rich from his days of ministry in the Diocese of Joliet. I really enjoy your comments about having a good quality IT system in your parish to livestream mass and other events/prayer services, especially during the upcoming season of Advent. We have been blessed with an amazing IT Team of staff and volunteers that have enabled us to bring the message of hope to so many more people around the world during this pandemic.
